Can the same grade work in foam and cable?
Sometimes, which is why a few grades appear in both lists. The recipe, equipment and end-use tests still decide whether the overlap is useful.
Application / Compounds
Foam and cable recipes may start with the same resin list, but they ask different questions about mixing, filling, crosslinking and final performance.
EVA can soften a compound, improve low-temperature behavior and help different ingredients work together. The useful balance depends on the filler package, crosslinking route and the rest of the recipe.
The linked grades span MI 0.2 to 25 g/10 min and VA content from 18% to 40%. That is enough range to build shortlists for extrusion, mixing, sheet and foam work—provided the equipment and recipe are tested together.
Cable and foam products have different mechanical, electrical, flame and ageing requirements. Those results have to come from the finished compound, with documents matched to the application and sales region.

The full list runs from 18% to 40% VA, covering different levels of flexibility and compatibility.
No. The list does not imply an approval. Test flame, electrical and regulatory performance in the finished compound and ask for the current supporting documents.
